Workforce Investment Act, Title II
The federal Workforce Investment Act, Title II (WIA), also known as the Adult Education and Family Literacy Act, provides funding to states to provide adult basic skills instruction, including English as a Second Language, Adult Basic Education, Adult High School Diploma and GED instruction. Agencies eligible for WIA funding may log on to complete the application, budget, and expenditure claims reports.
