EL Civics Technology Plan

The adult education technology plan is a requirement for California adult education agencies receiving Workforce Investment Act, Title II, funding for EL Civics, Civic Engagement. These agencies complete a technology plan each year that can cover a program area, department, or the entire agency. The plans are reviewed and approved as a condition for funding. Below are links to more information about the technology plan and the planning process. A public version of the online technology planning form is available for any individual or agency to use.
